What Can You Do With Used Bowling Balls?
There are many 2nd-time-around uses for old bowling balls. Cementing jewels and other crafty things onto the ball for an indoor or outdoor sculpture is very popular. If you are interested and need a used bowling ball for your creative endeavors, please call or email me. There’s almost always a number of used bowling balls available, and all I ask for in return is a suggested donation of $5.00 per bowling ball. The donation is given to the Park Bowl Youth Bowlers – Smart Fund.
A Little Work and Old Pins Are A Piece of Art
All regulation bowling pins have a solid maple core that can be used for many 2nd-life purposes. This is one example and I’ve seen some very creative things done with the pins. Bejewel them, sand – stain – paint them, cut them into a 3-D puzzle. If you’re interested in putting your own project together, there’s always bowling pins available for a suggested donation of $5.00 each. The donation is given to the Park Bowl Youth – Smart Fund program.
